We just had the pleasure of having Villas Plumbing & Air Conditioning replace our water heater. Having a Water heater crape out can be a very stressful situation. Making it additionally stressful, it happened on a Sunday while we were away. We got home and called Villas Plumbing and Sean came out right away to make sure any damage did not progress. Sean inspected the site. He offered us suggestions and scheduled the installation for the next day between 1 and 5 pm. The technicians arrived around 2:30pm and got right to work. Chance and Dominic got right to work. They were very efficient in removing the old one and installing the new water heater. When they were done, they cleaned up the site. Thank you, Sean, Chance, and Dominic, for your work.

I had a fantastic experience with Sean at Villas Plumbing. He was punctual, professional and incredibly knowledgeable. He came in assessed where to relocate the plumbing we needed and worked around the framing really well. He took the time to explain the process and answer all my questions. He was super friendly enough to retest the connections for gas leaks and that really gave transparency that I needed and I defintely appreicated that! Job was clean and professional. This was my first time using them and Dominic and because the job, interaction and stragetic assessment was so smooth, I'll be using them going forward!

Worked with Villas on multiple projects on our new to us home built in the 80’s. Between 2003 AC tune up that’s now running strong to toilet drain relocation in the foundation. All the guys have been great, but time and time again Dominic went above and beyond in communication, professionalism and being willing to help make sure I don’t run into any other issues with my plumbing in this old house.

Called Villas and they sent Dominic out to repair my water heater. He was in and out, very respectful of me and my house. Kept me informed as to what the issue was and gave me a fair price for repair. A+ customer service, knowledge, and professionalism.

Pleasant and professional. Jason & Dominic did a great job repairing our hot water heater line & outside faucets…they worked through the rain to get the job done. Thank you!
