He is reliable, courteous, very knowledgeable and provides you with several pricing options up front regarding what has to be done vs what can be done at a later date to help stay within a client's budget. “Villas plumbing was replacing a kitchen faucet at my daughters home. We asked if they could come by our home to give an estimate to replace our R/O filters. Race and Jose came by and gave us an estimate. They ordered the filters and returned the next week to install them.
